Terms of Service

Declawed provides security scanning and analysis services for AI skills, prompts, MCP servers, and agent configurations. The Service analyzes submitted content for potential security threats including prompt injection, data exfiltration, and malicious behavior patterns.

By submitting content to Declawed, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to submit the content and grant us the licenses described herein
• The submission does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• You understand that submitted content may be shared with the security community unless you have a Pro or Enterprise subscription with private scanning enabled

By submitting content to the Service, you grant Declawed a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Analyze, process, and store the content
• Generate and store cryptographic hashes of the content
• Include scan results in our threat intelligence database
• Share results with the security community (for public scans)
• Use anonymized data to improve our detection capabilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to develop or improve malicious tools or techniques
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse prevention measures
• Submit content designed to attack or disrupt the Service
• Reverse engineer the Service's detection algorithms
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

Access to our API is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. API keys are confidential and must not be shared. We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Subscription features and limits may change over time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• All malicious content will be detected
• Clean results indicate content is safe
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Detection results are accurate in all cases

A clean scan result does not guarantee that content is safe. Always perform manual review of code and configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Declawed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Declawed and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
